L, if I have not missed something above, why don't you do as Microsoft Suggests and repair Office>Right click on the Windows 10 Start button>At top of list choose>Apps and Features>Scroll down App to Microsoft Office 2019 (make sure there is no Office 365 listed)Click on Microsoft Office 2019>Choose Modify>Choose Quick repair.
